Bucks go back to square 1

http://www.jsonline.com/story/index.aspx?id=703819

Wizards 101, Bucks 77

The score looks horrible, but the fact of the matter is that it was actually, believe it or not, worse. Yes Michael Redd didn't play, but it was still a home game. This team is starting to become borderline pathetic. All of those on the trade Michael bandwagon, which I am not, are nuts. Just look at how this team fell apart without him. I think the most telling story about this game was a comment by Bobby Simmons, worthless, $10 million a year, Bobby Simmons.

"There's been some ups and downs for us," Bucks forward Bobby Simmons said. "But we still played the game. It wasn't like we played our best game but we didn't play our worst, either. Collectively I think we did the best we could tonight."

That was the best you could do. Is that serious? Gilbert Arenas is out for 3 months, and the Wizards didn't quit. Tony Parker, Manu Ginobli, and Tim Duncan all have missed time this year, and the Spurs didn't quit. It's called stepping up. You specifically Bobby are paid enough to garner a solid offensive threat that you are not. Maybe if you actually played the damn game, and not taken your money and ran after ONE good contract year with the Clippers, we woudln't be so lousy.
